About Sophia

Hello! I'm Sophia, a babysitter in the Santa Clarita / Los Angeles area. I have 4 years of paid experience, and as the oldest sister of 5, I've grown up taking care of young children for as long as I remember. I'm soon to be CPR and first-aid certified, and have extensive experience volunteering in several child daycare camps, as well as paid experience among various babysitting jobs. Something I've learned particularly while watching my youngest brother grow up for the past 5 years is that children are much more like ourselves than we realize; they are intelligent and comprehend a vast amount of their surroundings - more than we give them credit - and just need the attention, care, and respect from us adults to grow, which is something I take with me now and look forward to moving forward with while helping nurture and watch over children to help them grow and feel loved.
