Sophia gave me 1.5 hours notice before she was to begin work saying that she would not be coming, and in fact, would not be working for us the entire summer. She was just at our house for an in-person interview roughly 18 hours prior when she led me to believe that she would be starting and wanted to work for us the entire summer. My husband had to miss work as a result of this and it was a MAJOR inconvenience.
