About Sonya

Hello! My name is Sonya S. I am a mother and educator living in Los Angeles, Ca. I have five years of formal classroom experience in early childhood education, and 10 years of combined formal and informal teaching experience with children ranging from infants to high school. As a former assistant director of an early learning center, I have experience working with families and other resources to achieve student academic success. I graduated from Spelman College, with a B. A. in Education Studies, where I have had various and diverse teaching experiences. It is my passion and ultimate goal to provide care for families that affirms, educates, empowers their children for a lifetime of success.
