About Sofia

Hello! My name is Sofia and I am passionate about caring for people, particularly the vulnerable (children and elderly). I am very responsible, dependable, and easy going. I have been babysitting for about 7 years now and I have nannied before too. I am a college student (in my last year) planning to work in a non-profit later in life to advocate for orphans and refugees. My certifications include: Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse PSEA; Child Status Index (CSI); Gender Based Monitoring and Evaluation. I used to be CPR certified, but my certification has since expired. However remember the training vividly. I have expanded my knowledge to include child development and Trauma-informed Work with Children - part of my course work as an Orphans and Vulnerable Children major. I love cleaning and would be happy to help with household chores when able. I do not smoke and I have my own transportation. I look forward to hearing from you!
