Hello! I am a 22-year-old living in Hutto, Texas. I am currently enrolled in nursing school at ACC and plan to become a pediatric nurse. I studied psychology, art and also ASL. I love learning and love sharing my passion for learning. I previously worked in a psychiatric hospital where I tended to adolescents struggling with their mental health. I have extensive training on deescelation and mediation. I previously have been a swim instructor and a YMCA camp counselor. I'd describe my personality as compassionate, energetic and patient. I like working with kids because I love the playfulness and imagination that children bring to life. I love getting to know each child and making a positive impact on the future generation. In my spare time, I like to draw and paint. I am a professional artist and do art lessons with the kids at my school. I love hiking, nature and being outdoors. I also love music and can play the ukulele as well as dabble in piano.
