While in college I played soccer for 4 years and had the wonderful opportunity to work with vulnerable adults for most of my college career. While working with vulnerable adults they put me through CPR, first aide, and deescalation classes. I also started a program called gym buddy that was designed to help people feel more comfortable in the gym.
