About Sindela

Hi there! My whole life ive taken pride in my ability to care for a child of any age from newborn to 12. I have many years of experience with children especially being the oldest of the family. I have 2 years of professional experience working at an elementary school and currently at a youth center. With that I have learned to be responsive and to communicate efficiently, I have my phone on me at all time ringers on for any parent calls or emails and will keep you updated on any changes I see in a childs behavior or routine as well as new interests which is something I gather from being attentive and active with the children keeping them off of screens as much as I can and physically, socially, and emotionally engaged with countless activities and crafts. I am very energetic and encourage playfulness to keep children interactive and comfortable which can lead to a lesson in responsibility. Im known for my patience, outgoing demeanor, and my ability to adapt in every environment.
