About Sierra

I'd describe my personality as fun, outgoing, and creative! I enjoy working with kids because it's incredibly rewarding to be a part of their growth and development. I find joy in their curiosity, creativity, and the unique perspective they bring to different situations. Outside of babysitting, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my friends, usually in Yuba or Stinson! I find It's important to have a balanced life to be able to recharge. One thing you should know about me is your child's safety and well-being is my top priority always no matter what and I'm dedicated to giving them a safe space to be themselves! As a babysitter, my top 2 skills are: 1. Safety first: I prioritize the safety of the children under my care by creating a secure environment and closely supervising their activities. 2. Communication and patience: I maintain open communication with both the children and their parents, and I'm patient and attentive to the needs and emotions of the kids I look after.
