About Sierra

I have many years of experience with kiddos and love them! I am currently a senior in college and 23 years old. I'm comfortable with pets as well! I have vast experience working with children of varying ages; honing in on skills and knowledge interacting with kiddos during different stages of development and adjusting to better fit their needs. Throughout my time of working with families I have been fortunate enough to develop various skills that assist me in creating a stimulating environment, while managing challenging behaviors, engaging in fun activities that keep their physical, intellectual and social development at an all time high. Versatility and safety are of the utmost importance to me which means I am more than happy to adapt to different family situations and routines. It takes a community to raise our children and I will be one phone call away to collaborate with your family to ensure your child, my little friend is receiving the best and safest care possible.
