About Sierra

I grew up in a family with 7 kids. I am the oldest along with my twin sister. I am experienced with multiples because I am a twin and I have younger siblings that are triplets. I am experienced with special needs children, I grew up with a younger brother with autism and spent many hours in elementary school and middle school volunteering in the special needs classrooms. I have been babysitting since I was 12 and in high school I worked as a day care leader with elementary school children. Since then I have been nannying for five years and have been with five different amazing families.
