About Sierra

Hello! I'm Sierra, and I do speech therapy with children on the autism spectrum. I've been doing that for four years. Beyond that I have been a children's pastor, nanny, and teachers assistant for 6 years prior to becoming a therapist. I'd describe my personality as calm, patient, and kind I like working with kids because they keep life fun and always keep me growing! I love learning alongside children. I'm looking for a job that is during summer, date nights or needs tutoring and/or cleaning help. I started working with kids when I was 20. Now a decade later I'm still going strong! In my spare time, I like to workout, play with my dog Rosie, serve at my church, read, and watch Netflix. One thing you should know about me is I get along well with just about anyone! My skills include empowering kids to make choices for themselves within safe boundaries, fostering reading in young children, and helping kids learn how to deal with big emotions in healthy ways.
