About Sierra

I helped my grandmother take care of kids when I was younger and enjoyed it so much! I love being able to help kids feel they can come to me with anything they need help with. I am very easy going and in a calm manner to any problem and solutions. I love making connections with the kids! I have worked at KinderCare for about 2 and a half years now and still going. I want to expand my experience with children and also care for them the way I love. I care for children as if they were my own. I have experience taking care of an ex-boyfriend's children and one of them called me mom, when I wasn't her real mom. She was just 3 years old but I loved her as if she were my own. Children make me happy and make me realize that not only do I teach them but they teach me. I love being with the kids no matter who they are.
