My name is Sierra, I am currently a stay at home Mom to three boys (3, 5 and 7 years old.) I have over 10 years experience working with high energy kids, babies and toddlers. I have a bachelors degree in Psychology, which included child development coursework. I worked in the social work field for several years before becoming a stay at home Mom. I primarily worked with women and children. My boys are now in school. One in elementary and two in preschool in the CV area. I am able to watch children during the days if you're comfortable with them in our home around our kids. I am also open for date nights, before/after school care or babysitting during winter break, spring break or summer break. I love kids! And as a Mom myself, I can offer a safe, fun and engaging time with your kiddos.

Sierra is truly great. I'm so glad I found her. She is punctual and professional. She is very gentle with the kids. The first time she came over, my 4 year old didn't like that I wasn't paying him attention. Sierra handled his tantrum very gently, calmly and in a professional and caring manner. She acknowledged his big feelings and spoke in a manner that was able to calm him and he did great in the end. I believe her educational background, work experience, and personal experience as a mom of young kids speaks volumes and shows in the way she takes care of my little ones. Today my 4 and 6 year old love it when she comes over. She brings over toys for them to play with too. You will not regret hiring this lovely lady.
