About Sierra

I'd describe my personality as kind, funny and welcoming. I like working with kids because kids are energizing. I feel uplifted working with children and seeing the world through their eyes. They have a vivid imagination, their innocence is still there as well as the genuine care they have for those around them. Kids should be nurtured and while their caregivers are away I will always make sure they are in the best care on my watch. I'm looking for a job that can fit my schedule and the caregivers schedule. I started working with kids when I was in my undergraduate program in Indiana in 2013 . I originally worked with adults as a direct care support professional and transitioned into working with children as a Registered behavior technician in 2014. In my spare time, I like to pet sit, walk my dog. Go to Starbucks, read, exercise and roller-skate. My skills include communicating with children, helping children with problem solving as well as allowing children to be creative.
