About Sierra

I'd describe my personality as innovative, curious, and committed. I have also been called modest and trustworthy. I like working with kids because I like to be able to see them learn and grow and develop into their own unique person. I'm looking for a job that gives me life experience and grow as a person as well as being able to see children discover themselves. I started working with kids when I was helping to take care of my brothers when I was 15. I have also helped babysit for charity events with 15+ children. In my spare time, I like to read, draw, and experience what life has to offer. One thing you should know about me is I have been told I care too much. I normally don't see it as a problem but friends have. My skills include tutoring, coming up with fun things that are mentally stimulating and creative, and being able to be there for them when they need it.
