I hired Sierra from care.com about 3 1/2 years ago to help me with my baby daughter and my 5 year old son for a little over a year while I worked. She is diligent and caring when she is with the children. Always cheerful and so creative. Her and the kids made quite a few wonderful art projects, played in creative ways and spent positive time learning new things. My daughter even started learning Spanish with Sierra. We are still very close and when my youngest went through a difficult time recently she drove 3 hours down to stay and help us through it. Such a concerned and positive person to be around. My kids call her CeCe and can't wait till her next visit. Sierra has an extensive background with kids, gentle but firm hand with the kids, safe, cooks healthy meals for them, loves to be active and playful, takes the kids outside to play and does art or crafts instead of TV time and is genuine in her love of kids. I would highly recommend her for anyone who is looking for a caregiver or live in nanny.
