I interviewed Sierra for a nanny position and she was lovely. She was punctual, responsive, and well-spoken. It was clear that she truly cares about the children that she watches and is committed to their well being. She also showed dedication to her prior commitments by making sure she could finish her past jobs before starting ours. We ended up going in another direction, but it was a very hard decision and Sierra was a top contender. We would have been happy to have her watch our baby.
