Beginning in high school I was a volunteer tutor for students my age. Following that I volunteered at my local literacy council tutoring one on one students with academic difficulties on an elementary level. I recently homeschooled a child that I nannied on a second grade level. Over last summer I did the same for a family of three ranging pre-k to a fifth grade level. I am currently tutoring a girl in second grade in math and spelling. I have seen not only achievement on all levels but growth in a love for learning! I'd hope to do the same for your child too :)
