I absolutely recommend Shi as a nanny! She is wonderful with our kids and extremely patient. Shi does a great job at keeping the kids entertained with Montessori based activities. Our daughter was potty training and Shi did a great job helping through the process. Our son was also doing BLW and she was great about being comfortable with it and helping him learn how to use a cup, etc.
