I'd describe my personality as loving, caring, and understanding, I like working with kids because I learn so much from watching them grow and experience new things everyday. The care and love we receive during childhood shapes who we are as adults and I hope to add as much good to that process as possible. I'm looking for a job that is structured. I have flexibility when it comes to scheduling. I started working with kids when I was 15. My first family was a set of fraternal twins and the family pet dog. I worked with them for 5 years on and off and got to watch them grow. In my spare time, I like to read or exercise. I am an active person which helps me keep up with the children! One thing you should know about me is I'm here not only for your kids but also to help you and make things easier for you as well! My skills include communication, patience and problem solving.
