We loved working with Nordia. She worked with us for about four weeks after our first was born. She was totally reliable, timely, and competent. She knows everything about newborns and was willing to teach us anything, but did not do so in a pushy way. She is a lovely, understated, quiet presence who is pleasant to have around.
