Hello, I am an artist and dedicated caretaker with 1 year of experience caring for seniors. I'm passionate about being of service and know that patience and kindness are the key when it comes to connecting with clients and understanding their needs. For the past 8 months I've been caring for my non-ambulatory grandma, so I am well-versed in such caregiving duties as dressing and grooming, meal preparation, housekeeping, transportation, etc. My passion for providing care to seniors has grown from this personal experience, which has given me a deep appreciation for some of the challenges that my grandma faced on a daily basis. This understanding has granted me much patience, empathy, and respect. I believe providing care means providing companionship and advocacy, and I am committed to ensuring that you maintain your independence and dignity while receiving the care that you deserve.
