About Shelby

I'd describe my personality as responsible, reliable, and optimistic. I like working with kids because it can be incredibly rewarding. The environment that kids create is so vibrant and energetic. Also, working with kids brings so much joy with the meaningful connections formed from it. I'm looking for a job that provides a safe environment, that has opportunities for building positive relationships with both the children and their parents. I started working with kids when I was in middle school. I started as a Girl Scout Troop Leader for the summer Girl Scout camp. Also, throughout high school I was a Junior Cheer Coach and worked with young aspiring cheerleaders. In my spare time, I like to bake or cook, and I enjoy watching movies or tv shows. One thing you should know about me is that I am committed to providing a safe and engaging environment for their children, prioritizing their well-being. My skills include communication, problem-solving, as well as safety awareness.
