I was immediately impressed with Sheila's kind and nurturing personality. She has a natural way with children, and my daughter quickly took to her, even calling her "Nana". Sheila was always patient and understanding, and she created a loving environment for my daughter and it truly felt like she had taken our daughter as her own family in how she interacted and cared for her. She would often go above and beyond to make my daughter happy, such as bringing over fun and enriching activities or checking in on her when we were away on travel. Sheila is also thoughtful on the parents and house overall. She was able to keep my daughter entertained and engaged throughout the day, while also completing all of her household responsibilities, often going beyond what was asked if there was any way to help out in times we were busy. She was also very reliable and always showed up early and prepared, and she was always willing to stay later when she could if we had something we needed to attend to. I have no doubt that Sheila would be an asset to any family. She is a kind, caring, and experienced nanny who will love and care for your children like they are her own.
