Ms. Shay has been nanny for my 5 year old boy for about a year. She has had such a positive impact on both of our lives; I cannot recommend her highly enough. Among what sets her apart from others: - Shay doesn't just 'babysit' or 'watch' my son - she actively engages him in activities the entire time she is with him. They are often not home; she takes him to the park, the aquarium, the museum, focusing on education and growth opportunities. - She is always punctual and communicative. - Shay is flexible and has on several occasions been available last minute when I needed coverage. - Despite being playful, and kids loving her, she is also stern when necessary and ensures my son eats his healthy meals, brushes his teeth etc. - She is completely trustworthy, has done overnights and even home check-ins while we are out of town.
