Shayla was great with my 21 month old son who has terrible separation anxiety. Taking him to daycare was a disaster making his anxiety worse. This pandemic has not made it easy for us to socialize him. He only knows family. He was instantly comfortable with her. I was able to put away laundry and leave for doctor's appointment without him freaking out. She was able to distract him with toys and books, and he had lots of fun. After he woke up from his nap, he was asking where she was. She is punctual, honest, dependable, and has a sweet personality. Will definitely hire her again soon.
