About Sharon

I am a retired nurse with years of experience working with seniors. After my own grandmother lived with me and needed assistance with care before passing, I knew I needed to spend quality time with our senior population. I take pride in providing them with the respect and dignity they deserve and promoting independence (as safely as they possibly are able to do so). I feel strongly about providing our seniors with cognitive interaction whether it's with performing appropriate tasks, engaging in conversation, or playing a cognitively, stimulating game. It's important to me that our seniors feel a part of their care and their input in it is key (if they are able to do so safely). Physical activity is as important as cognitive activity. It's also important to keep our seniors flexible and mobility is key. I enjoy working with seniors to maintain all aspects of their physical and cognitive state.
