I can't say enough good things about Shari and how well she works with kids. Within her first week she had my 3 year old singing phonics songs and recognizing letters! She patiently and competently dealt with tantrums and always stayed calm and regulated. We had an unexpected kitchen repair that had us staying in hotels and vacation rentals all over town and she rolled with it like a pro. She also handled my live in mil with ease and was always honest and upfront if something didn't go as planned. A true gem of a caregiver. Hire her!
