About Shanteiria

I am the oldest child of 8. I helped raise my siblings while my parents worked to provide a life for us. I do not have any children of my own. I have taught all of my siblings how to walk, read, write their name and help them say their first words. I have several years of experience in service management which has instilled in me the skills needed for conflict resolution and to oversee people with different personalities. Some call me the baby whisperer because children are drawn to me for an unknown reason. I enjoy carrying for and pour int children. I aspire to have a few of my own one day but for now it brings me great pleasure to impact not only the lives of children but the parents of those children.
