About Shannon

As a Registered Behavioral Technician, I have been exposed to a wide variety of children, schools, and family environments. I have cared for children in a variety of capacities for about 10 years, from being a super auntie to being in charge of big playgroups, to working one-on-one and in groups with kiddos with and without special needs. I have worked in dozens of classrooms and love helping children learn! It's the highlight of my job and of my life. I am now a mom myself to a spectacular little 18 mo so that has been a whole new and wonderful experience! After having my son, I nannied for 2 boys aged 3 & 6 for about 6 months until they no longer needed a nanny, which was such a special and spectacular experience. I love teaching kids while making it as fun as possible. Playing games, doing arts and crafts, potty training in addition to helping improve undesirable behaviors are just some of the things I love and specialize in.
