About Shannon

I am a licensed STNA, currently in school working on my nursing degree. I'm on the fast track to receive my RN. I am passionate about the care I give! I am also a mom of two and I spent six years as a daycare teacher and nanny so I have experience with children of all ages. I am CPR certified! Message me, ask any and all questions! I'm looking for a job that allows me to do the work I'm passionate about. I got into healthcare because it brings me joy. I started caring for seniors when I was just a kid and my grandparents were diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease. I did small tasks like making them sandwiches for lunch. Last year I started working in AL and worked to received my STNA. My skills include hygiene care, attentiveness/understanding, the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
