We interviewed Shannon in September of 2021. We had the luxury of meeting several qualified, kind nannies, Shannon among them. Ultimately, we went with another nanny, but this was not a reflection of her qualifications. She was responsive, punctual, kind, and easy to talk to. I have no doubt Shannon will be a great caretaker for another family.
