- I volunteered in special needs classrooms starting when I was in 5th grade all the way through my senior year of high school. - in high school I started tutoring friends that were entering college and need help studying for placement exams as well as friends and family that were in need of college level math and science. Word got around and I started tutoring their friends as well. - In college I continued tutoring math and science for friends and others. - My 6-year-old niece is home schooled and when I'm babysitting her I become in charge of her lessons while taking care of my 2-year-old nephew.
