About Shannon

*I am currently available as an occasional afternoon/evening and weekend sitter.* Hello! I have watched and cared for children for essentially my whole life, whether it was my own siblings, neighborhood children or families from church. While in college, I cared for children of many different families in my neighborhood, as well as teaching Sunday school at church for toddlers and nursery time for babies. I come from a family of five children, my youngest brother being severely handicapped, because of this I am a very attentive sitter and feel more than comfortable caring for children with special needs. I enjoy all aspects of childcare including arts/crafts, helping with homework and reading bedtime stories. I also cook healthy homemade meals, clean and am willing to do odd jobs/errands if needed! When I'm not working or helping with kids you can catch me biking/running at the beach or spending time with my nieces :)
