About Shannon

Hello, my name is Shannon! I enjoy the outdoors, and spend my time, hiking, biking, and camping. On cold and rainy days, I enjoy reading. I have been working with children ages 0-18 for more than 45 years. I worked at a childcare facility for 12 years. For the last two years of that experience I acted as the Assistant Director. Following, I received my teaching license and taught K-12 children for 30 years. I hold to a philosophy that one of the best tools for learning is through play. I will integrate this into daily interactions with your child(ren). I look forward to meeting you and your family soon!
