About Shannon

Hello My name is Shannon and I'm thrilled to be a part of the Care. com community. I'm using my passion for childcare to help fund my travel adventures, and part time care seemed like a perfect fit. With over 9 years of experience in professional childcare, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. I've had the privilege of working with children of various ages and backgrounds, and I've cherished every moment of it. Recently, I made the decision to professionally transition into higher ed, however my heart remains firmly committed to providing exceptional care and support to families and their little ones. I hold certifications as a EEC lead teacher for infant, toddler, and preschool age children. I am also certified in infant and regular first aid. But more than just my certifications, I am genuinely excited about the prospect of meeting wonderful families like yours. I would be honored to be a part of your family's journey.
