About Shanelia

Hello my name is Shanelia and I recently graduated in May of this year with my Bachelor's degree is Speech Language Pathology and a Minor in Early Childhood Education. I've always loved working with kids, I first started working at the New York Botanical Garden where I taught children of all ages about plant science. I later moved on to work with preschoolers where I often lead circle time groups and immersed the kiddos into fun stories while simultaneously working on increasing their expressive and receptive language skills. As of late I've been working with children diagnosed with ASD, helping them be able communicate, socialize, as well as manage emotions. I've always enjoyed working with children and would love nothing more than to ensure that your little ones are safe and happy!
