I'm a fun loving mother of two. With a rich background in caregiving, behavioral therapy, and support staff roles, I am confident in my ability to provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for infants and toddlers. In my most recent role as a Behavioral Therapist at Compleat Kidz, I had the privilege of working with children with disabilities, including autism and Down's syndrome. This experience equipped me with the patience, adaptability, and empathy required for caregiving. I understand the unique needs of each child and am committed to creating an inclusive and supportive environment that fosters their individual growth. During my tenure as a Support Staff member at Lincoln County Schools, I provided dedicated care and support to children aged 3 years and up with disabilities. This role not only enhanced my organizational and communication skills but also instilled in me a deep appreciation for the importance of tailoring care to each individual child's needs.
