As a trained naturalist, I enjoy talking with seniors about nature. When possible, I can help arrange outdoor time for safe, fun time in the fresh air. Current certification in both CPR & First Aid, I have maintained training for the past 20+ years. Former lifeguard. Familiar with special needs care (Dementia, ADHD, Down Syndrome) and happy to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies. Able to offer in home care, drive to appointments, run errands or do light housekeeping, if needed. Open to both one-time or reoccurring care.
