About Selena

Hello, my name is Selena. I have 8+ years experience caring for seniors. I'm also a Certified Medical Assistant. I'm fully skilled at doing things such as maintaining records of patients' condition & progress, providing help with moving in & out of beds, baths, Hoyer's, Wheelchairs, automobiles and with dressing & grooming, accompany clients to doctors' offices or other trips, entertain Converse with & read aloud to keep patients mentally healthy & alert, perform housekeeping duties, such as cleaning, cooking, washing clothes & running errands etc. I'm very loving & passionate about what I do. I love helping elderly / disabled individuals. It's always been a passion. Also, I have experience with the hospice, dementia and Alzheimer's populations, and have worked with clients with Spinal Muscular Atrophy and the special needs population. I currently work at a family practice medical office during the day. I'm available in the evenings starting at 5 p.m. and weekends.
