I am very patient and understanding, and love to have fun! I'm looking for a job that is flexible and is understanding of certain situations where I may not be able to watch the kids I started working with kids when I was 10 because both of my parents worked night shifts at the hospital and I had to babysit my little brothers for years and I loved it, they were so fun to be around and made the had days better.
