About Sara

I love being active and helping my community. I used to volunteer for meals on wheels and I loved working with the Seniors in that program with various needs and seeing them weekly. Then after I loved helping out at the Senior Center in town and teaching a Chair Yoga class. I helped my Grandparents out taking them to appts, and running errands for them. I was around when my Grandmothers were under hospice care before they both passed. I am very familiar with the process. I also love helping my sister who lives in a resident care facility. I always help with bingo, activities, parties and interact or help the Senior residents or anyone who needs care. I love working with Seniors and hearing their stories of their lives and just lending an ear and know they matter! They have so much love and advice to give and I love to be here for it!
