About Sarah

I have been a credentialed teacher, mostly working with Kindergarten-aged children, since 2015. Prior to that, I have 5+ years of caring for and teaching children of all ages. I had my own baby this past September and would like to take a break from the classroom to care for a small group of children at home instead. I am currently working on getting my home daycare license, but I will be available to care for children as soon as January. I do have experience caring for multiple-aged children simultaneously, including newborns and infants. My passion is working with children ages 3-6, but am super comfortable working with children of any age. My philosophy is that we are all life long learners who are deserving of respect and patience. I use this mindset when working with children, encouraging them to learn and grow in a hands on way while being mindful of their words and actions. I am located in north Natomas and my hours will be 7:30 - 5:30.
