Sarah was a diligent worker in terms of effort, but she was often late and there were too many short-notice cancellations and abrupt departures due to personal issues. While diligent, Sarah doesn't have professional cleaning experience, and this showed in her knowledge, work quality and thoroughness. As examples, she was unfamiliar with how to use a standard stick vacuum, didn't know to run the dispose-all so the kitchen sink would drain, needed to be asked to clean the stove top and kitchen sink as part of kitchen cleaning, didn't sweep when asked to pick up house plant leaves and debris, was unfamiliar with the use of cleaning supplies and solvents for various applications, mixed up kids and adult laundry, did not put brooms & cleaning supplies away consistently before leaving, was on her cell phone frequently, etc. There were some attitude issues, and Sarah did not always respond well to feedback. All in all, Sarah (unfortunately) lacked professionalism.
