Sarah was the senior caregiver for my elderly parents for 6.5 years commencing in June, 2012. She was impressive from day one. She is prompt, professional, skilled, intuitive, thorough, experienced, consistent & reliable, in addition to being caring & compassionate in her treatment of, & interactions with, her patients. She is level-headed in times of crisis. She is upbeat & positive with an appropriate (if not vital) sense of play/humor. She is respectful of the wishes of her employer & follows instructions explicitly, although she doesn't really need to be told what to do - once she familiarizes herself with the "lay of the land", she knows exactly what is necessary & sets about doing same without reminders or prompting. She excels at maintaining a clean & sanitary environment, again without prompting, due to her own standards & her ever-constructive use of down time. She had my absolute trust & confidence, always. Invaluable & indispensable, she has my highest recommendation
