We hired Sarah after interviewing her for our nanny position for our 4 year old daughter here on care.com. After meeting her for an interview, talking on the phone and completing her working interview she accepted our job, which started the next week. She called the next day and told us she had another job and wouldn't be able to work with us. I am a school teacher and school was starting that week. She left us high and dry with a weekend to try and find someone else to be our full time nanny. It was very disappointing and hard on our family. She was very kind but did not honor her commitment to our job. As a mother herself (who was bringing her child with her to our job) I expected better. Would think twice about hiring her in the future.
