How do you describe someone who is everything to your family? I could go on about the functional items... she shows up, she's consistent, punctual and trustworthy. She communicates well and listens to my wishes. She has done pick ups, gone to swim classes, put our kids to bed while on date nights and navigated the shifting world of COVID with ease. I could describe her calm in the instances where my toddler was in a storm, the way my kids adore the experiments she comes up with and her intentional about discussing anything that comes up throughout the day that could be a concern with sensitivity, grace and true care for my babies. All of these things describe her well but they also don't do her justice. Over the past couple years she has become family and it is both heart wrenching and bittersweet to watch her move on to another home now that my daughter will be going to school full time. You won't regret hiring Sarah. I'm happy to be a reference over the phone, if you need it!
