About Sarah

Hi! My name is Sarah and I am finishing up my fourth year teaching in New York City. I am originally from Michigan but moved here four years ago to start teaching and get my Master's in Education. I currently teach adults (18-21) with autism in a 6:1:1 class setting. I am looking for part-time work with adolescents or adults with unique learning/sensory/emotional needs. Whether that means helping them to develop healthier habits, be a friend/mentor to spend time with in the early evenings/on weekends, or teaching life/social skills out in the city, I want to help make someone's day better.
