Sometimes, it's just too good to be true. Sarah was hired to be part of our cleaning team and was expected to arrive at her assigned home at 10:00am. At 9:30am, she called to say her car was broken and could not get to the job. We asked her to take a taxi, get a friend to drive her or worse case, we would arrange a ride for her. Instead, she said no, she needed to go to the repair garage. Fortunately, we had another cleaner available to step in and do Sarah's job. Unless you have the luxury of having a back up cleaner on standby, stay clear of this job applicant. There is no substitute for dependability, which Sarah clearly lacks.
