About Sarah

I have been a Senior Caregiver providing companionship, compassionate care, and emotional support for over 6 years. I love the friendships & connections I get to make and the satisfaction of truly helping another person live safely at home with independence and dignity. My goal is to come alongside my clients and provide unwavering support and companionship. I have experience supporting clients with memory loss, mobility needs, medication reminders, and support in staying physically & emotionally active. I will assist with household needs including grocery shopping, RX pickups, meal preparation, light cleaning, laundry, transportation/accompanying to medical appointments & outings, and help with pets. I would describe myself as mindful, engaging and considerate. On my off time I enjoy healthy cooking, nature hikes, gardening, reading, arts/crafts and puzzles. As a Certified Integrative Nutritional Coach, I am passionate about emotional and physical health & well-being.
